Shrödinger’s Cat

They say subatomic entities, like electrons, can exist as waves and particles at the same time. Last year’s chem class said the same, but it forgot to mention our perception of the situation causes its collapse: We can only see it one way or the other. So came along a cat half-living, half-dead, and I asked myself, if we’re our only observation, who’s to say the only reason we’re living is because we can’t perceive our other side is dead?
